Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account and participating in PrediCalcio, you agree to them.
1. About PrediCalcio
PrediCalcio is a skill-based football score prediction game. Players predict exact scorelines for Serie A matches and earn points based on accuracy. PrediCalcio is a game of skill and is not a betting, gambling, or wagering service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Each person may hold only one account. Accounts must be approved by an administrator before gaining access. We may refuse or revoke access at our discretion.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
4. Taking Part
PrediCalcio is a private prediction game and community. If you'd like to take part, or to set up a league for your group, get in touch with us at predicalcio@gmail.com and we'll let you know how to join.
5. Predictions and Scoring
Predictions for each match lock automatically at kickoff and cannot be changed afterwards. Points are calculated automatically according to the published scoring rules. Match results are taken from our data provider; once results are finalised and points calculated, they are final.
6. Fair Play
You agree not to use multiple accounts, automated tools, or any method to gain an unfair advantage. Any attempt to manipulate predictions, scores, or the leaderboard may result in removal from the game.
7. Liability
PrediCalcio is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that match data will always be accurate or timely. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service. Your use of PrediCalcio is at your own risk.
8. Data and Privacy
We store your username, email address, and predictions in order to run the competition. We do not sell your personal data.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to players. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
